Nu ska vi åka till gymmet! Ska träna ben, mage och cykla en massor! När jag ska springa så mkt, måste jag träna mkt ben, så att jag bygger upp muskler runt omkrong mitt stackars knä.. Har int i min menisk serni! Men än så länge har det vart ok...
